How Can Constipation Be Cured?
Hi, I have undergone surgery of perforation in colon.4 years back,afterwards i have devloped constipation and every week i have to take some laxative tablets twice.Pl advise .how to overcome it?Due irregular bowels flatulence and gastric distention is always there.

Constipation is not the disease that can be treated and get cured, this can be well managed with drinking more water, have a fiber diet, keep the regular habit of going for toilet even if you do not have such reflexes at the most Isabgol powder can be tried take care.
