How Can Continuous Alprax 0.5mg Intake, Resulting In An Addiction, Be Stopped?
Hi Doctor My father has been taking alprax 0.5mg from long time from past 10-12 years he is badly addicted.he used to take 13 tabs a day now he has come to 4-6 tab a day. But doctors r saying it is really harmful.. whenever we say to quit these tablets he makes execuses.. there is lot of business pressure etc.. he is not into any other kind of addiction of drinking or smoking except these tablets. Please help.. i want him to quit these harmful tabs permanently any treatment?
He himself has to slowly taper and then ultimately stop it.
There will be withdrawal symptoms like sleeplessness for some time but will eventually go away.
