My 2.5 yr old is having bad cough and little internal congestion...He is not having runny nose..but internal congestion is there...which comes out in every 2-3 days in the form of vomitting...This problem is persisting since last 6 months.....he has taken 3 times antibiotic in this period... .after antibiotic he gets ok...but after some days it starts again... which medicine should I give to him..... When he was 1, a doctor advised MAXTRA.......he was instantly better with that....should I give him maxtra now?
It is due to some sort of chest infection for which you can take some antibiotic like Azithral or Moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or anti-cold for chest congestion. For cough you can take syrup asthakind or bro-zedex. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
