How Can Cough In An Infant Be Treated?
Hii Doctor my baby is 4 months old recently he suffered from fever. Now again he suffering form cough. What medicine i want to use my baby please. His history is he using now 1. Levisime 2 . Gardinal 3. Eptoin For Sezers. How the cough will conteole please help me

Thanks for given info,According to baby cough symptoms.I advise you helpful option,dont use any cough syrup,he is already taking medicine

The best investment you can ever make as a mother is in a nubilizer (can be purchased at pharmacies) it wortks the same as the ones used in hospital when babies have croup or bronchial disorders. The medication goes directly into their lungs as they breath through the mask which helps heal them so much faster. Another alternative is a humidifier - put the humidifier on in the baby's room close the door so the room can steam up slightly - put your baby on his tummy over your lap with his head SLIGHTLY hanging over - cup your hands a little a tap him on his back rythmically one hand at a time. This will relieve him of some of the mucus in his chest which causes the cough. PS: Keep a nasal suction aparatus close to help suction the mucus if your baby battles to get it out his mouth.
