General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Increased secretion of parathyroid hormones can cause hypercalcemia and depressive symptoms. It is better to remove the hormone producing parathyroid adenoma. Consult an endocrine surgeon and get evaluated, he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
