How Can Diastolic Dysfunction Be Treated While Suffering From Low BP?

I have been takingt 300mgt daily angitil for 15 years but now have been diagnosed with moderately impaired LV syswtolic function and grade 3 diastolic dysfunction - in bothe cases after detailed echo-cardiagram. I have low BP and think I shouldnt be taking the angitil at this stage. Any thoughts?

Thanks for given information,According to you history disease advise you to ask your doctor reduce the dose of angitil,300 mg daily use reduce diastolic,
I suggest you to take 120mg daily divide the dose per 60 mg, morning 60+evening60mg.
besides of medicine,
Take more liquids
Take juices
Do exercise
