How Can Discoloration Due To Keratosis Be Dealt With?
I've had keratosis - also known as KP - on my arms since i was about 12 or 13 (I'm now 19) and was wondering if there is anything I can do/use to get rid of the discolored look. My arms are practically clear of all bumps, but they left behind slightly darker spots that I wouldn't mind loosing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
hi there. 1. keratosis pilaris is a keratinising disorder of unknown reason. 2. you can try oral omega 3 acid supplements, along with zinc supplements and diet rich in vit A like carrots, beetroot, chikoo etc. 3. you can try xerina cream twice daily on affected areas. this may help you.
