Dry mouth for a month. Tongue is a bit white but feels fat. Had a sinus cold for a few weeks before. Was bad enough to goto urgent care who said it was thrush. Followed up with primary who said no thrush just geographical tongue. No explanation for dry mouth refered to ent office. Didn't see a Dr but someone under him. She did scope of nose and throats and all looked good. Didn't have any explanation for dry mouth again. I got put on cevimeline which worked but gave me Diarrhea so I got taken off of it. Ent said there's no other medicine and never saw someone " healthy" who had this. My blood sugar tested at 110 a few weeks back. Not sure what's next. OTC meds don't work. Tired of my mouth feeling dirty and dry.
