Hi and welcome to ASK A Doctor service. I have read your question and here is my advice.
You are very right when some one suffers from kidney diease, it's important to tightly control the bp so that kidney do not deteriorate further.
you are already on optimum dose of two drugs sowe would like to add a third one. ou fan talk to your doctor to add another drug for Bp control.
Calsium channel blockers or a diuretics can be added to this regimen. ( both are safe ) But it's necessary to control the Bp .
Hopes inhave answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this. kind Regards Dr Rahman. .
I find this answer helpful
