How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Managed?

My husband had triple bypass on the 18th of May and for the first few weeks after had trouble with too low of blood pressure. Lately it has been normal but a few hours ago took a Tylenol 3 which he has taken before with no problems his blood pressure is now 193/103. What do.i do?
