How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Managed?

I have blood pressure of 165/81. It has never been that high? Usually , it s low & I first had a headache ( seldom get that) with dizziness. When I walked I was all over. I have only ever had spinning 2 times over 20yrs ago. Then I laid down and waited for it to stop. It did shortly. The margin thing is now I site and my head is clear even if I walk it s clear, but my balance is impossible to keep.
