Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Elevated blood pressure may be due to many causes like insufficient dose, irregular consumption or high salt intake etcetera.

You should reduce your salt consumption, eat high fiber diet, do regular exercise and try to reduce weight. Avoid smoking, coffee, and tea.

If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
