How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

Hi i am 49years old, feeling high BP for the last two weeks, 150/100 and some time 170/116, besides that i am taking Eziday 25mg for the last few months. Checked my cholestrol, thought its high 235 but has reduced as compare to previous years. I also attend Gym and once returns, my BP becomes normal. what i need to do

Hi, thanks for your question. I have read it and understand your concern.

Its good that you are attending a gym. Please keep doing that and reduce salt intake and abstain from unhealthy food such as junks, lots of sweets, etc. All of this will help control your BP.

If my patient was taking Eziday 25mg and their BP was still higher than normal, I would increase the dose to 50mg as per the guidelines. Therefore, I would recommend that you see your doctor who will most probably increase the dose for you or switch to another BP lowering medication as per your needs.
