Hi I am pregnant of 7th month . From frist month i have blood pressure of 150/90 . From doctor consult the medicine labotal100 . After taking the bp became 140/90. But iam normal ... i have doubt in 8,9 month the bp is normal are other than its high? Please answer me. This is my frist pregnancy. Iam 21 years old.tell my some precautions to normal my blood pressure.

Hello,
Some women develop hypertension. You are taking a good drug to control your blood pressure (BP). Your BP should be below 140/90 mm Hg. As you are 7 months pregnant, you should not ignore the BP.
Anyway along with medicines, you may reduce salty foods. Take the well-nourished diet, and you may go for a morning or evening walk at a moderate pace of 5 km per hour, but in the ninth month, please reduce your physical exertion.
