General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

-take salt less diet
-avoid stress and anxiety
-do walking exercise
-eat healthy food
-take proper sleep

All the above factors are responsible for the high blood pressure. Take Amlodipine and Atenolol twice a day until you consult the doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
