Hi

I understand your concern.

Your cholesterol levels of 121 is within normal range. However, I need to have the full lipid profile test report in order to evaluate each lipid levels in particular.

Anyway,I can say that the cholesterol level is perfectly normal. With these numbers, no special diet to follow. Just follow the healthy diet and lifestyle as you are doing now.

Hope this helps.
