Hello,

You have started perfect medication for high cholesterol that is atorvastatin. Regular take that drug. Exercise should be done more. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle. High fatty foods, pizza, saturated foods, burger etcetera less. Green leafy vegetable and fruit took more. Rule out secondary causes for high cholesterol like.
1. Diabetes
2.Hypothyroid
3.Hormonal imbalance
4.Liver disease
5.Kidney affection etcetera.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
