How Can Epididymitis With Dizziness And Lightheaded Feelings Be Treated?
Hello Doc. I've been diagnose with epididymitis for a while now. I need to know what meds can I take to take care of this, I've been on a couple of meds such as Cipro, Doxycycline, Naproxen, and another that i dont quite remember... lately ive been feeling light headed/dizzy i dont know if it has to do with this, i dont have much pain on my testicles but I feel this way... any feedback... by the way im 21 years old and have had this for over a year now... it sucks.... cant exercise nor lift heavy things cause my lower back and testicles go into pretty bad pain... thanks for reading...

Based on the facts of your query,you seems to suffer-Epididymitis with Varicocele of the Cord( this is because of the severe pain in back and testicles with heavy lifts or exercises.
USG/ of Testes with Cords / or / Chest CT- would clear ambiguity on this puzzle.
Recent dizinees and lightheaded feeling could be due to -postural hypotension with Varicocele pain causing vaso-vagal, or could be with accompanied Gastritis with giddiness.
As the facts are very scanty,I would also suggest you to take Second opinion from Surgeon,to rule out other causes which would cause such symptom/complaints,after physical/clinical examination.
