I understand your concern.
Reduction in weight should be achieved by adopting to a proper proportionate diet and exercise. It is recommend to reduce weight gradually.
Kindly do the following:
1. Eat healthy diet rich in dietary fibre. Avoid intake of foods rich in refined carbohydrates, carbonated water or juices, calorigenic foods, junk foods, fatty foods and supplement with intake of vegetables, complex carbohydrates, moderate quantity of fats and good quantity of
proteins. Also include fresh fruits in the diet.
2. Exercise regularly by means of brisk walk daily for about 40 minutes along with other active physical activities such as jogging and swimming.
Gradually, you should start reducing weight.
Adjust the diet as per the needs and exercise regularly by means of periodic monitoring.
