When one gets highly sexually excited and but does not get relief through orgasm, his/ her sex organs get engorged with blood (vasocongestion) and that leads ache in the pelvis, in the testes, and in the penis; It happens to women too. In this case usually the ache starts in the pelvis, and vagina.
