How Can Excessive Weight Gain After A Complete Hysterectomy Be Reduced?
I am 64 female complete hysterectomy in /dec 16. Have gained extra weight, heart seems to be working too hard, fatigue. Today at chiropractor blood pressure 161/96 . am on 1 mg estradiol, 20 mg pravastatin. am going to Europe in 10 days! will see doctor, but do not want to take blood pressure meds that cause side effects what should I do. it is not enough time to shed ten pounds
As per my clinical experience, the weight gain is pertaining to be the side effect of estradiol medicine. For borderline high blood pressure, you should opt for the salt restricted diet to control it till you consult your physician.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
