So I weighted 154 in March of 2017 and I began dieting dangerously in Somewhat May, Somewhat June, I would something eat below 500 calories and I m scared that now that I lost 25+ lbs that I will gain it again faster? Is it bad if I try to increase my calorie number and maintain my exercise? I m scared I might gain more than what I lost
I understand your concern for your health and for your weight. First i want to appreciate you for your efforts in reducing your weight. I would suggest you to increase calorie intake gradually and do regular exercise. Yes you are right that suddenly increase in calories will increase your weight. So i would suggest you to increase calories and do cardiovascular and other exercises.
