How Can Fecal Impaction And Pain In The Rectum Be Treated?

I have been prescribed 1 phosphate enema and one arachis oil enema daily due to faecal impaction..the last 2 times i have used the phosphate enema there is bright red blood in the toilet and on the paper with stinging pain in my rectum..what should i do.
