How Can Fever Along With Headache And Stiff Neck Be Treated?

My daughter has been sick for three weeks she first tested positive for flu type b then tested positive for strep, still sick with a fever she was negative for the strep and flu but had a viral infection, she has had a temp of 100-102 for two weeks now it does come and go but has went into a stiff neck, headache, and sore bones, any suggestions?
