How Can Fever And Pain In The Knees Be Treated?

My son age is 8. Last February 2017 he is suffering fiver with some pain in knee. we do blood, ECG, Eco test of him. His ASO Titre was 580 others test is normal. Doctors give him Panvic 200mg 2 times daily. But in September 2017 we do his blood test again but his ASO Titre is 800. What should we do now for my child.
