How Can Fever In An Infant Be Treated?

Hello my daughter 7 months is having fever near 100.5 from past 2 days. I have given her crocin but fever came down on 99.5 and after 4 hours it is again 100.5 now. 1 hour before i have given meftal p as suggested by dr. But still fever is same not came down. What should i do. Plz response soon

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should should consult neonatologist for this.
Fever in 7 months old child should be evaluated by neonatologist. Better not to give anything drug without consulting neonatologist.
Your daughter will need blood tests to identify the cause of fever.
She may need antibiotics and other supportive drugs.
So don't give drugs directly, consult neonatologist first.
