How Can Gastritis And Acid Reflux Be Treated?

Hi, I m yoges. I have gastritis for past 6 months. Dr have done endoscopy but he say it s normal.. nothing serious.. but he prescribe dexilant, Liplan, gnaton for 2 weeks.. after completion the gastric pain reduce but it s come back again after a week. I continue take gnaton for 2 weeks. But still the pain not get off.. now heartburn continue and I tried to magnesium again but the pain is not reducing.. I have slight cought and stomach pain. Could you advice.. what should I do now.. any medication to resolve this?

Hello!
If you have been visited and you have nothing, try to control the foods that you eat. Don't eat acidic foods such as tomato, lemon, orange, pomegranate. Tey to eat alkaline foods such as milk, cheese , cottage cheese. Don't drink coffe. Try ti control the stress.
