How Can Headache After A Head Injury Be Treated?

I hit my head on the corner of a cabinet door two hours ago. No laceration, no bleeding, but initially a dent I could fit the tip of my finger into. Have a headache, of course, but no other symptoms. Should I be seen in the ER or wait to see how it goes?
