Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
How Can Headaches Along With Dizziness And Fatigue Be Treated?
I have had the same quick onset problems for the last 5 years and have many tests with no conclusive diagnosis. Frustrating. Headaches, dizziness, weakness, aching arms and intense itching of my hands. I feel like I have the flu constantly. If I look up I am very dizzy and weak.Spacey, fatigued. my daily life is affected, and I am very limited. Not a very good quality of life.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The complaints you have are very vague but can occur in several medical disorders. There are certain medical disorders which present this way only but then we need a few investigations for that. You could have shared those if you already did but if not I will advise you to undertake blood sugars, thyroid panel, vitamin D levels, and complete blood count. I think you will certainly get a cause of your fatigability after doing these tests. Take a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, and have a great sleep along.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Vineeta Singh
