I am 53 yeats old weight 120 pounds eat healthy and exercise vigorously 5 days a week—�my blood pressure has always been in the 110-124 over 75-85 range—�-I suffer from chronic headaches and see a headache specialist—�I qualified for Botox for migraines but I still get headaches—�I take either naproxen or exceeding and how found my blood pressure goes way up when I take these—�if I go a couple days without a headache which is not that often and don’t have to take exceeding or naproxen my blood pressure is good—�do you recommend I go on blood pressure meds? I’m really health conscience so this Is bugging me—�- today at lunch my school nurse took my BO. It was 110/80 then I developed a headache took meds and now it’s 137/92, I can feel my heart beating from the exceedingly—�please advise

Palpitations sound to be more of stress, anxiety related rather than cardiac issue (though a clean sheet from a cardiologist is mandatory for confirmation).
I recommend to take an MRI brain for further proceedings.
