Hello. I am very self conscious about my body. I desperately want to gain weight but I have a very fast metabolism and on top of that I m constantly on the go. I hate my body so much and I ve gotten to the point where I don t even wear certain clothes anymore because of how I look in them. I ve researched ways to gain weight, but because of my hectic work schedule, its hard to apply those tips. I don t even feel like I look like a proper woman because of my thin body. I constantly compare my body to that of other females and wonder why don t i look like that?Do you have any advice for me concerning my low body image and how to properly gain weight for being on the go?

Kindly consume healthy calorigenic diet in the form of moderate quantities of carbohydrate and fats with high protein intake. Regularly take fruits like banana and apple.
