Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

The treatment of liver hemangioma depends on size and smptoms. If this is smaller than 10cm then this cant cause symptoms so hemangioma should not be treated on any way. If it is larger than 10cm or symptoms occur then liver resection is rrecommended. If other findings and symptomsshow liver damage and elevated liver markers then it may be concerning.Otherwise, you just need to do ultrasound check once a year and check liver marker levels. Of course, body weight should be reduced since 100kg is 10 kg too much for your age.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
