How Can High Blood Pressure Be Controlled?

hi i am 31 years old. 5-7 height 220 pounds weight. i dont do any regular exercise. my lipid profile test shows cholestrol 167; hdl 36; ldl 80; triglyceride 255. cretinine 0.5. my bp remains high 140 / 85. i want to know how to control it and am i in danger for heart diseases?
