How Can High Fever Along With Cold And Cough Be Treated?
@ hi my son is 15 yrs old with mild down syndrome weight around 40 kg and he is suffering from high fever cold and cough since last 2 days I gave him crocin and zifi 200 thrice a day but since night his fever is not coming down and we have to put water sponge but again after sometime fever increases kindly suggest some remedy

So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and chest x ray.
He may need higher antibiotic and other supportive treatment.
