Hello,

Hot flashes and night sweats are common in patients with cancer and in cancer survivors. They are more common in women but can also occur in men.

Drugs like tamoxifen, aromatase inhibitors. Opioids, tricyclic antidepressants, steroids may lead to sweating. Postmenopause may lead to hot flashes.

Please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
