How Can Hyper Pigmentation On The Skin Be Treated?
I have been using melacare forte from the last 4..5months ,it gave me wonderful results turning my pigmenteddark area in fairer skin but from the last one month my skin has gone more darker n spots around eyes n forehead have become more patchy..when I again use the cream it has no effect
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hyper pigmentation on the skin which is because of extreme sensitivity of your skin to sunlight and pigmentation because of increased melanin production by melanocytes. I would suggest you to :-
- Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 while going outside and cover your face. - Apply vitamin E oil at night. - Apply azelaic acid cream twice a day as it is natural extract of cereals. - Apply aloe vera gel.
If condition doesn't get better in one month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may recommend procedure like microneedling or chemical peeling depending upon your condition.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
