dear mam thanks for writing to health care magic first of all ,both the drugs are different. Provera is medroxy progesterone acetate and as rightly said it is prescribed for uterine hyperplasia. On the other hand primolute is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring progesterone called norethisterone usually prescribed for menstrual related disorders. please don't hesitate to consult your treating doctor for any doubts. hope this helps most welcome for further queries.
