red blotch may be due to infection ,glossitis ,or due to some systemic disease
you must avoid stress ,smoke ,alcohol ,oily and spicy food .
take bland diet and drink more milk and water
better to consult dermatologist
it may be due to some vitamin deficiency also
antihistaminic and folic acid will do best
