You have not mentioned which part of your body has ringworm. Ringworm is fungal infection of skin. You need to avoid sweat accumulation. Keep the area dry. Avoid sun exposure. Wear loose cotton clothes. You need to apply clotrimazole powder twice a day for 4 weeks. Also you may need to take oral tablet fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4-6 weeks. Best to consult a Dermatologist and get it examined first and take appropriate advise.
