Hallow Dear,
It is quite encouraging to know that your tubes are normal, you are ovulating normally and husband's
sperm count also is within normal limits.
I would advise you as follows:
Monitor your ovulation. This can be done by home kit and/or by
ultrasonography. Home kit will inform you the day of ovulation while ultrasonography will additionally give information about the follicular size just before ovulation and endometrial thickness at the time of ovulation.
Eggs released from follicles between 18 mm and 21 mm are healthiest and give better
pregnancy results.
Endometrium of 9mm to 14 mm thickness is most conducive for
implantation of the fertilised ovum.
If you meet these parameters, please plan your sexual relations on and around the day of ovulation. If either of the parameter is deficient, please report to your
infertility consultant.
Letrozole you are taking helps building up of the endometrium.
If in spite of all results in normal range, you do not conceive by planning your intercourse, then such case is labelled as unexplained infertility.
Unexplained infertility cases are to be managed by Artificial Reproductory Technique. Please in such case, report to an Infertility Consultant.
I hope this guides you towards motherhood.
