How Can I Get Rid From Knee Ligament ?
Hi I m paolo,since christmas day I have a terrible pain in my knee:I went to the hospital and the orthopedic said that I have a lesion of the knee s ligament.He also said to wait around 6 weeks:if the pain still continue during this period of time,he said that it ll be better have an operation.It s now 3 weeks since this happen and I can not see any improvement:I did go to a private physio but he couldn t do that much but adviced to have a scan.I m confused.What can i do?a don t want wait all these weeks..and i need also to come back to work....thanks for your attention

Hello you dont have to suufer for weeks due to your knee pain.
consult your doctor and get MRI of the knee done which will show the ligament injury clearly. then you can plan whether surgery is needed or not.TC

Hello paolo,
For knee ligament lesion, use a crepe bandage for your knee and give rest to your knee joint. Do minimum of work from knee. try hot fomentation and local pain killing ointments. Hope all this will help you a lot.
