Hi,I am Debaleena Biswas,23, I have a power of -3.75 in my left eye with 1.25 cylindrical power and -3.25 with .75 Cylindrical power in right eye.How can I tackle the power problems pertaining to both my eyes without having to wear contact lenses on every single day?

At the moment you have no option. after 5more years you can consult for refractive surgery since it is the only option.
