How Can Infertility Due To Low Sperm Count Be Treated?

HI, My semen count is 10 Ml ,I have visited Urology doctor who advise me maxoza-l powder so it is use full for me, I can become father after finish this medicine, if i have to get another treatment please advise me my very tired to got medicine from last 01 year finally my friend suggest me to urology. Thanks
