Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My Dr told me that my iodine level was low and to take an over-the-counter supplement. I did not ask for my numbers, so I don t know how low. I don t know which kind to take or in what amount. I believe that he maximum is 1100 mpg per day. Any advice?
