How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

Hi My periods are irregular every time up to 6-7 days. This time it completed 2 months but I m not pregnant . I have taken regestron for 3 days still didn t get any period even after 3 days of taking regestron. How I can get regular cycle each month

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For your case first rule out pregnancy by urine beta hcg card test. If pregnancy not present than rule out ovarian cause by USG pelvis and abdomen scan. Usually if Hormonal imbalance present than Hormonal pill containing progesterone taken for five days. I suggest you to consult gynecologist for pelvic examination.
