General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for trusting healthcaremagic for your health issues.

I can understand your problem. I gone through your history. I advice you to go through full gynecological examination as well as radio-logical imaging investigation.
Are there any other symptoms except irregular menstruation? like weight gain, acne problem, unwanted hair growth / hair loss, dark patches in skin fold / creases; it might be polycystic ovarian syndrome which I think explains infirtility. No need to worry even in this scenario. Please go and consult proper gynecologist. She will confirm diagnosis and treat you in proper way.

I hope this will help you.

Regards
Dr. Hiren
