How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?
Hi my period is very irregular I get it maybe 3 times a year so like every 4 months I would say and when I do get it I don’t get cramps it only lasts for like 1 day because I bleed very little just where I barely notice then I don’t bleed at all anymore

I think you should consider doing a complete gynecologic examination including an ultrasound. Also more information is needed like your age and gynecological history for more evaluation.
Maybe this situation is due to hormone misbalance.
