How Can Irregular Periods While Suffering From PCOS Be Treated?

Hello! My question is I have PCOS and I was on medicines from past 1 year, i stopped medicines in January, In feb i got my regular period but then again there is no periods in March and april, should i start my medicines again or wait some more time? Can i take gynecologic this month?
