How Can Itchy Pimples Around The Vagina Be Treated?

Hi, I shaved the hairs around my vaginal for the first time in months and during the first week there was just a little irritation but now it s been two weeks an iv developed dry , itchy pimples on my vaginal. My friends suggest it s ingrown hairs because I had very curly hair but I just want to make sure and also if it is ingrown hairs what is the best way to treat it?

ingrowth of hair in vaginal region occurs due to wrong waxing or shaving.. which result in small. itching pimples...so u can apply antibacterial ointment like neomycin ointment or quadriderm mixi ointment.. ..if problem persists than consult doctor...
