How Can Itchy Rashes On The Body Of A Child Be Treated?

Hello, I have a 4 year old foster child who is returning from visits with his bio father with some sort of bug bite. The bites are flat, about the size of a penny with no distinct puncture wound in the middle, are reddish in color and itch very badly?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you can give your child an antihistamine like Fenofexadine. Dose should given according to the weight of the child. Any medication should be given only after consulting his paediatrician.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
